El Rincón Que No Conoces in Lince

In Peru, Teresa Izquierdo is a legend.

A cook's daughter, this Afro-Peruvian chef has attained great acclaim as one of the chief proponents of traditional coastal criollo cuisine.

Her restaurant in the the working-class neighborhood of Lince is not the most glamorous in the Peruvian capital, but the food is always classic, and consistently good.

It looks like a delicious spread. The photo of the aji de gallina makes me salivate.

If we go and tell the owner that PeruFood sent us, will she give us a discount? :)
